Cracking my sh*t up!

Not sure there is another way to describe what is happening with Ewan these days. The amount he talks and the stuff he comes up with has me and Jamie constantly laughing and/or amazed at how adorable he is. Of course, he is also almost two...our days are not without tantrums. His newest thing is yelling "go away" at us when he doesn't like what we are doing...changing his diaper, dressing him, brushing his teeth...you get the point. But, let's focus on the positive since there is a lot more of that. People keep asking me to take videos of him talking and doing his funny things. Well, be careful what you wish for because I ran the video for a while just to give a glimpse into our life with Ewan and here it is.
The first one is a nice glimpse into his moments of being all over the place and talking about who knows what...I mean what is up with him yelling into the heater vent that he wants to ride a bike? I have no idea, but that is our boy. The second one is a perfect example of when he is in the mood to sing and sing it loud, which happens quite a bit.  In this video he sings his version of "Down by the Bay" which for some reason goes something like "down by bay, wanna goose, goose, goose."

On another note, I have been enjoying watching Ewan's artistic side come out. He loves to draw on his easel especially with chalk. Today we mixed paint for his easel: a green, an orange, and a purple. We haven't actually painted with it yet, but will soon!
