Tahoe July 2012

We have just returned from a lovely trip to Lake Tahoe. Angela and Philip like to spend the week in North Lake Tahoe for 4th of July. Since Jane was visiting from England, we decided it would be nice to join them. We spent time splashing in the freezing lake with the children, walking to Kings Beach for fireworks on the beach, and heading to South Shore for a wonderful Emerald Bay boat ride on the Tahoe Queen. It was wonderful (and tiring!) to watch the 3 cousins run around together, make up games together, and hug and kiss each other.

While waiting for the firworks, the children were getting restless. There was a party at a cafe playing music and we decided to crash the party. We went right next to them and danced on the sand...
